how to read a bitimap image in c and to delete its background

can any one please help me to how to read a bitmap image in c and then to delete the background color and to display it with the objects in the bitimage.

Let's start at the beginning - can you open the bitmap? Do you know how they are set out and how to manipulate the values? If not, I would start with Google, and search "c bitmap library". That will give you a library to help you open and manipulate a bitmap. After playing around with that for a bit (and learning to read the documentation - which should be a university lesson all it's own), you can work on deciding what "the background" is and where it ends. From there, you can manipulate the values in the background to be whatever you want them to be (in a 'deletion' case, I would guess black.)
