public domain OS and C runtime library plus compiler for MVS & VM

The following things may be of interest to the group:

1. A public domain (genuine PD, explicit noitice) C runtime library,
for DOS, Win32, OS/2, MVS (24-bit and 31-bit), OS/390, z/OS, VM/CMS.

2. A public domain operating system for the x86 and x386, also from
the above link.

3. A port of GCC 3.2.3 to the IBM mainframe (MVS and VM), available
from:

http://gccmvs.sourceforge.net
