Documentation in C

Hi to all! I'm a newbie.

I want to write C and C++ programs, but I don't find any documentation
center.

I'm developing in Java, and I usually use the javadoc system of Java.
There is something similar in C and C++?
I find documentation with the command 'man' and internet, but it doesn't
seem an 'organic' documentation system like javadoc.

Thanks!

Doxygen (http://www.doxygen.org)

If you refer to the standard C library, here's link:
