Converting bitmap image to graphics object and then that graphics object draw on the

Hi friends,

I am doing project on ICR. In that i need to convert the image from the picture to graphical object and then that graphics draw on another picture box by using below methods

Public grafik As Graphics
    Private resim_cizim As New Bitmap(400, 300)
    Private grafik_cizim As Graphics = Graphics.FromImage(resim_cizim)
    Private kalem As New System.Drawing.SolidBrush(System.Drawing.Color.Black)
 
grafik.FillEllipse(kalem, New Rectangle(e.X - 5, e.Y - 5, k, k))
grafik_cizim.FillEllipse(kalem, New Rectangle(e.X - 5, e.Y - 5, k, k))
 

the above methods are the mouse move event of the second picture box. but i want to cropped an image from the picture box1 and draw the cropped image on picture box2 by using the above methods
