How do i use a Decoder object to retrieve information about the JPEG image

Hi,
I have looked through the MSDN but looks like there is nothing there
that tells me how to use a Decoder object and actually get information
about a JPG image. I need to check the frame header and see what type
of DCT the image is made with like DCT with Huffman coding or Extended
sequential DCT with arithmetic coding.
Any help is appreciated,
Mars
