Problem Re-sizing Datagrid cells

I have added a datagrid and dock filled it in a split container.

I have properties set for the columns to allow resize but I can't resize.

Here is the code, I add the data contents row by row programmatically.

for (int i = 1; i <= nTotalFunds; i++) //sum are offsets other index
{
dgResults.Rows.Add(Neilfunds[i].ToString(),
Neilcategories[i].ToString(), ((double[])aweights)[i-1].ToString(),
((double[])N3)[i-1].ToString());
}

any sugggestions would be appreciated.
