32bit wrappero for 64 bit app

I need to write 32bit wrapper for application to run in 32bit.
I have 64 bit os and i need 32 bit wrapper for ironpython to run at 32 bit.

IronPython is a neutral EXE so it'll run at 64-bit on a 64-bit machine and
32-bit on a 32-bit machine.

I never did something like that so i ask you to give me some tricks/clues where
to start?

thanks!
