First off, you are in the wrong newsgroup, the ASP.NET group would be more
appropriate.
The way to instantiate an instance of the Page class is to request a web
page with an .aspx extension. Doing it the way you are showing is not an
intended use - you wil miss the entire ASPX pipeline and accomplish very
little.
