UI default

I'm a beginner in VS.net 2005. I'm learning from a step by step book that
refers to the default settings of all the UI. Since I spoiled it I would
like to restore the user interface to the default.
Is there some way to do it?

Regards

Try running the following in a SDK command line

devenv /ResetSettings
