ClickOnce in debug not working

Hello!

I have a simple code here:
if (ApplicationDeployment.IsNetworkDeployed)
{
ApplicationDeployment ad =
ApplicationDeployment.CurrentDeployment;
MessageBox.Show("COOL");
}

1) When I run in the debug mode (F5) or withoout debuging (crl+F5) the
isNetWorkDeployd returns false. But when i publish the project to a web
folder and runs the .exe from there it works....

What am I doing wrong here? I want to debug :)

2)Ive read taht one of the cool things about clickonce is that the updates
only the essencial or only the changes made in the project or something like
that. But each time I create a new version he copys all the assemblys again
to na new version folder.
