Read Excel Form

Hi all:

I am trying to read an Excel Worksheet that ahs been created as a form and I
cannot seem to get the data. Reading worksheets when the data is organized
into rows and columns works fine, but I cannot seem to figure out what the
data structure of the form looks like.

Can anyone point me at an example of this?

For me, I will create a form with DataGridView and put the Excel data
across.
