Custom Control To Emulate Start Menu Behavior

I was wondering if there were a C# control which mimics or approximates the
behaviour of the windows start menu. (Vertical orientation, submenus
identified with an arrow.)

I am designing a custom media playlist and I want to be able to define
sublists.

The top of every list will be a set of icons determining how the items will
play. At the bottom of the list will be exit behavior - and each item will
be have an optional left icon, followed by a name and icons indicating
number of times played (or an arror if it is a submenu)

I currently use winamp and I am sick and tired of having to alternate
between shuffle and regular because I want to listen to two or three songs
in a row and then have it randomly play anything in the list.

This is part of a much bigger project of designing my own music player that
will remember music preferences and integrate a music database with a player
in a way that I can stand.

First I need how to learn to do the basic stuff though
