Facing a problem at the time of Retrieving lead record from CRM 3.0

I am using the below mentioned code in my project, but it is giving
error "Server was unable to process request."

I think the error is due to the following code :

Guid leadId = new Guid("D65BFCE1-B647-DB11-B492-00112570B7C5");

How do i get/generate the guid ?

Can anyone knows then plz. reply here or by mail.
