Lost binding to click-once application

Hi,

I do not know if this is the rigth group to publish this question, please
redirect me if not.

I've made an application that is deployed to an iis using clickonce. The
application is available both offline and online with the server. After the
first publish the server has been reinstalled due to harddisk crash and I
have republished my app to the same location on the iis. However, when users
starts their deployed appclication on the machine, it does not detect that a
newer version is available on the server.

How is this binding reestablished?
