CF: Closing COM-Port do not work

Hi!
I'm trying to develop an application for a Dell X51v (WM2005), which
needs to read data from the serial port. I'm using the CFSerialClass.dll
from Richard Grier.
Opening the port and reading works fine, but when I close the
application and want to start it again, the following error occured:
Port already is in use or is not available.
After removing and plugin the card again, I can open the serial port
without any problem.
The same program works fine with PPC2003.
I also took a closer look to the running processes with the program
YaTM, if my program is still running.
I also tried OpenNETCF, but there I cannot send any string, I always get
an UART Error.
I'm using C# and VS2003.
Any Ideas?
Michael
