Running a process several times consecutively with different args

I'm using a few threads to run a commandline tool and read the outputs.
What I want to do is run the tool several times with different
arguments every time. i.e.run the process in its own thread, capture
the output, once the process is finished, do it again with different
args.

Any suggestions about how to do this?

Follows is the code (from CodeProject) I'm using to run the process
once:

private ProcessCaller processCaller;

private void RunProcess(string tmp1, string tmp2)
{
processCaller = new ProcessCaller(this);
processCaller.FileName = @"process.exe";
processCaller.Arguments = "-w " + tmp1 + " -f " + tmp2;
processCaller.StdErrReceived += new
DataReceivedHandler(writeStreamInfo);
processCaller.StdOutReceived += new
DataReceivedHandler(writeStreamInfo);
processCaller.Completed += new
EventHandler(processCompleted);
processCaller.Cancelled += new
EventHandler(processCancelled);

// the following function starts a process and returns
immediately,
// thus allowing the form to stay responsive.
processCaller.Start();
}
