visual c# 2005 step by step chapter 23

The text does not follow the screen beginning at chapter 23 page 412 step 3,
second paragraph. The text says the choose data source dialog box appears,
however I get the add data dialog box. By trial and error I got to the choose
data source dialog box but it did not have the same choices. When I did get
to the add data dialog box it was different than the one shown in the book
with the omission of a text box I was directed to populate.

I have tried two different editions of the step by step books as well as
c#2002 vb2003 and c# Express and all fail at this point.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Roger
