RFID CAD GIS and me

Hey all,

I have a project where we are going to track peoples movements by RFID.

All the technology is fine, however I have a question about where to
look for the mapping side.
The product I develop (in C# .NET) will allow the admin to import maps
from CAD or GIS and then map rooms in the map to RFID receivers. I need
to find something 3rd party to help me with the GIS/CAD integration.

There's a thousand existing products but nothing I can find for .NET.
My company is willing to pay a small fee for a component if necessary.
