re-post on what tab controll to recommend?

as per ms, we should use 3rd party tab controls (to set background color
of control, right/left, sliding animations, etc.)

what's a good tab control recommendation?

They're all OK, some have more features than others, like fine graind
rendering settings and of course cost more than others. I'd suggest to
try some demo-installations of the various vendors and see if the
designers offered by the various vendors work for you. That's a
critical part: if the designer crashes or are cumbersome to use, drop
the control and use a competitor.

I use Janus' controls and they work great. They don't have a .NET 2.0
specific offering yet, so if you're looking for .NET 2.0 specific
controls, you've to pick a competitor.
