HELP PLEASE - Implementation of SHAppBarMessage / ApplicationBar

I hope someone can help me. I'm trying to create as part of my application
an ApplicationBar (similar to Yahoo and trillian). I've done the research
and found that all the examples are for C++ and well, out of my league. I
was hoping someone may know who to do this w/ C#.

MSDN help research found that the following should be used:

And that someone has implemented a VS2003 example w/ C++ in CodeProject @

If someone knows how to implement this w/ C#, and can provide me the details
/ specifics, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Check out the Genghis project they have an AppBar class you can use from C#.
