OpenFileDialog in form designer

Hello, All!

I develop Registry Editor - copy of the standard Registry Editor.

In standard Registry Editor exists dialog "Export Registry File" (File ->
Export...) (see attach). Some controls from this dialog ("Export Range"
group box with including controls) are absent in standard OpenFileDialog.
I want add these controls to the standard OpenFileDialog in design-time (not
run-time), but I don't know how I can show this dialog ih Form Designer at
design-time.

Help me, please!

Thank You very much!
