RAPI. Have a look at the "Desktop.Communication Library" from OpenNETCF. The
source code is available as well as a sample.

If you are planning in transfer the file while the PPC is in the dock RAPI
is much easier and simpler. !!!
do you still need the code ? I was looking for it but I have it at home, no
here at the office :(
