SAO and factory?

Hi,

I have a server and a client(ASP.NET application)
the client uses a SubsciptionsManager to instruct the server to send
messages.

The server is responsible to initialize data base connection, cache, and
other objects which some of them used by the SubsciptionsManager
I would like to pass the subscription manager's constructor all the objects
needed, and I wonder what is the best why to construct the
SubsciptionsManager?

should the client insatiate a singleton SAO SubsciptionsManageFactory which
create the SubsciptionsManager?

Thanks in advance
