How to get started with Office & c#?

Hello,

I am supposed to write some code with Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for
the Microsoft Office System and C#. However, I am not sure what to
download and where to download it from. MS has a getting started page (
http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/of...ficetools.aspx ), which
explains absolutely nothing.

I am trying to do the following: from the client machine via Excel call
a couple of c# assemblies sitting on a server.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

That would require some sort of remoting unless you are calling
the methods in the assembly as web methods.

The Office Tools really is the best approach for that.
