resizing of a pictureBox

Hi,

there are two pictureBox, box1, and box2. box2 is inside of box1. when I
move the mouse over box2, I change the Cursor to size arrow. when user
drag the line, should be able to resize of the box2 (inside the box1).
which solution do you recommend?

thanks
