I can't get a report to work on a client machine

Hello, all.

I was making an application which does some
scientific calculations (H2S in particular)
and in the end has to show a report.
It works on my computer just fine.

When I create a setup and install the application
on a client machine, some errors come up like something
wrong with a certain dll, and some other crap.
I went to Crystal Reports website and found what I have
to do, but it didn't help.
(something with a serial number and something else...)

Finally I gave up (temporarily) and made an HTML page
as my template which contains data to replace like
[TEMP],[BARPRESSURE], etc

Then just read the file into a string, replace values
in square brackets with the values I want and generate
a temporary file, and show it in Internet Explorer.

It currently does that my customer wanted, but it is not
the way it should be done.

I am using Visual Studio .NET 2003

Please help.

Thanks
