Handling different versions of office

Hi, I am seeking advice about handling different versions of APIs of office
which I am writing a plug-in application for it in C# language. Which is
the best way to do?

1. Resolving different API using reflection.

2. create different setup files for each version

Is there any other solution?

Regards,

Jonathan
