C#, C++ who delete it?

Suppose I have C# function that call a managed C++ class like this

//C# function
public csFunc() {
new MyCpp("who delete me?");
}

//managed c++ class
public __gc class MyCPPClass {
public:
MyCPPClass(String *s);
}

who will delete that string?
