reflection exception

hi,
when i use the following code,

Assembly assembly = Assembly.LoadFrom("Sheridan1.Windows.exe");

System.SystemException: {"One or more of the types in the assembly unable to
load."}

why is that?
i want to iterate thru the classes in the assembly.
the windows.exe assembly contains 9 other projects , some of which are clas
libraries and 1 windows forms application.

thnx
