Custom Paging Controls in Datagrid

Hi there,

I have a class derived from a DataGrid and I want to have more control over
the paging controls. What I want to do is simply have back and forward
buttons, as well as a drop down containing all the page numbers, so that
when one is selected, that page is navigated to. I see that I can get
access to the table cell containing the auto-generated paging controls
through the ItemCreated function - but I really want to get at the cell
before any controls are added. Is there some function that I should be
overriding to get this?
