How to enable audit of files/folders access from .NET code?

Hello,

i need to enable the audit of file access from c# code
i know that this can be done easily from Local Security Policy MMC,
therefore the API's required are already on the machine;

i know that in Active Directory Resource Kit are some libs among which
ADSSecurity.dll is used to set security properties for objects like
printers, files, etc, but haven't found something to enable files access
audit.

how can that be done from managed code (preferable) or c++/c++.NET otherwize
?
Thank you,
Daniel
