Service marked interactive not showing on WinSta0

I have a C# system service that is marked as interactive and use local
system account (default) and marked to automatically start. When I restart
the system the application is not visible. When I log into the
administrators account there it is running with no issues. This is a
standalone kiosk application and need to run in the WinSta0\\Default space.
Any ideas.

Thanks

Here is the source within the service starting the process:

newProcess.StartInfo.WindowStyle = ProcessWindowStyle.Maximized;

newProcess.StartInfo.FileName = @"C:\\Kiosk\PresentationService.exe";

newProcess.EnableRaisingEvents = true;

newProcess.StartInfo.Arguments = "";

newProcess.StartInfo.UseShellExecute = false;

newProcess.StartInfo.CreateNoWindow = true;

newProcess.StartInfo.RedirectStandardOutput = false;

newProcess.StartInfo.ErrorDialog = true;

newProcess.Start();
