datagrid right alignment problem

Headers in datagrid are beign cut by a few pixels when aligned to the right.
Tralining spaces are ignored. Is there a way to pad header to display text
without cutting (other than overriding paint method, then painting myself
since it flickers even with double-buffer)?
Also, is there a way to force datagrid sorting accept regional settings
(such as , being decimal delimiter)?
