OutOfMemory in System.Data.DLL?

Hi,

I'm creating a process in C# that will parse a very large
XML file using the XMLTextReader.

This process uses several custom classes that handle all
the data access.

However, well into the process I eventually get:

"An unhandled exception of
type "System.OutOfMemoryException occurred in
System.Data.dll"

I'm going through my code to make sure any object I
created using the "new" keyword is properly cleaned up.
Is this a good place to start? What is the general rule
for this? Also, will setting a custom class to 'null'
release any resources it holds?

Thanks, Dave.
