Help - need date and time picker/validation

Hello,

Are there any free or inexpensive date and time picker controls that
validate?
I need to be able to have the control to just display a date or just display
a time for editing.

What is wrong with the ones in the Framework? I can't imagine that they
allow you to enter an invalid date.

For Windows Forms:
Lutz Roeder has a nice Date picker. Not sure how much better his validation
is than the ones in the framework:

For Web Forms:
I don't know off the top of my head but a simple google search came up with
this one for about $50 for single server license:
