simulate anonimous class in sharp

I need access to the class´s protected member across via a class derivate
but when I assing the reference of the base class to derive class I get
InvalidCastException althougt when I using a cast expresion.

so I thing using some like Java´s anonimous class mitgh working .

please let me know how can do it. (simulate anonimous class in sharp).
