Error on running aspx website from iis when endabledirbrowsing is off

Hi guys, i am having trouble setting up my website using IIS manager. I think I've specified the path correctly, when enabledirbrowsing is off, the web browser is throwing me an error (Error 403.14 The web server is configured to not list the contents of the directory), it works fine when enabledirbrowsing is on, however, it prompt me the list of my directory.

Here's the list of things i've done so far:

1. Since i am using vs2010, i have used ASP.NET v4.0 Classic as apppool
2. a startup page is configured
3. i have rebuild my website in vs2010

Can you help me figure this out?

thanks guys. . .

It seems that the solution is to set the default document in the IIS manager. Though i am yet to test if this works, I thought setting a start up object in your solution will handle this.

I'm glad that you solved your problem and shared your solution with the rest of us. If you've turned off directory browsing, it's always a good idea to have a default document specified so that the webserver can do something if someone types the URL to the site.
