You might be able to use that if you give it an ID and a runat="server" attribute.

I'm not clear on what a PDF file has to do with a DataSet?

Could you please explain the problem in more detail?

What are you trying to do?
What have you tried so far?

Well, you won't be able to do the second with ASP.NET, that's all up to your browser.

Did you try what I suggested? Give it an ID and a runat="server" and you should be able to change it in the codebehind file. We can't do your work for you, you'll have to try it yourself.
