IIS can't auto start

I use Windows XP IIS for my Web application.
But the IIS can't start automatically when my computer start.
Why? How can I do?

Have you tried opening Services (Administrative tools) and trying to set up
for automatic start?

If so, you have an issue with IIS. Is there any error message?
