Calculate the week number of a Quarter? Has anybody done this?

Hello,

I have an application that needs to calculate the week number of the
current quarter. IE: this is the 4th quarter (Oct, Nov, Dec) 8th week.

Does anyone have an algorythm to do this?

Steve
