Does the ATLAS June CTP somehow address the issue with FileUpload control and UpdatePanel?

I'm not sure about that particular issue, but I do know the UpdatePanel was one of the most upgraded components of Atlas in this release, so you may want to give it a shot.

Marko,
I just downloaded the bits for the June CTP since I feel that at this late
point it is getting mature enough to finally start looking at seriously.
There is a lot of "Readme" type information to RTFM, as well as the Atlas
forum thread you can find from ASP.NET. Grab a beer, sit down, and read up
on it. (And then let us all know what you find!) :-)
