asp.net form submission

Guys

I have a simple form where I have a 'File' control, a password control
and 'Upload' button. I defined 'Upload' button as <asp:button>. User
has to pick a file, enter password and say 'Upload'. When I press
'Enter' after entering password form won't submit. Only when I click on
'Upload' button form submits. I display results on same page ie., form
action is same page itself. If user wants to upload another file, he
picks the file, enters password and when I press enter this time, it
looks like it submitted (a flicker happens) but nothing happens. How do
I make it submit only when user clicks on 'Upload'.

This behaves perfectly well on Firefox. I see the issue only on IE.

Is there any example on web for this simple 2 field, one button page.

Please help.
