Issue with migrating from vs 2003 to vs 2005

hi,
i m converting my web site in vs2003 to vs 2005. I am facing problem
with Global.asax. I have a lot of code in my global.asax on different
events.
I am getting a no of error message of
Error 11 Syntax error.
Error 12 'Namespace' statement must end with a matching 'End Namespace'.
Error 33 Bracketed identifier is missing closing ']'.
Error 36 Statement cannot appear outside of a method body.

Error 1 Could not load type 'FSP.Global'.

how can i resolve all these.
thanks
