cannot access sql server express

Hi,

I use asp.net 2.0 and VWD on a windows 2000 server with IIS 5.0. This
computer is also the domain controler. The user who uses the aspx page is
the domain administrator. The aspx code is correct because it works when i
do F5 from VWD, but when i try to start the same page from the browser, i
get the error:

"failure of creation of sql server user instance ... Check that the user has
a local user profile on this computer .."

current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information
about the error and where it originated in the code.

Version:2.0.50727.42

Does it to do with the fact it's a DC and so the user is not a local user?
Any hints?
Thanks
