AllowPartiallyTrustedCaller

I have read multiple posts about this and am having some difficulty
coming up with a reasonable answer.

I recently converted from .net 1.1 to .net 2.0 (from vs 2003 to vs
2005). It appears that the security model has changed in a subtle but
significant way. I am no longer able to execute code from my intranet
(another machine in network) unless I deal with partially trusted
callers.

It appears to me that all intranet connections are "partially trusted".
This doesn't make sense to me and perhaps someone could point me in the
right direction.

The userid that is executing the process belongs to the same domain as
the machine that I am executing the code from. This same userid is an
admin on that machine. How is this userid partially trusted by this
assembly? More importantly is there some way to allow me to keep
running code that has been upgraded from 2003 - 2005 with out
modifications?

The code is not signed.

Help!?
