Accessing the same dataset only once

Hi all,
i do have an Item Class, which has few properties like Item
Code, Uom, Quantity,

In my form i do have a grid and few controls in which corresponds to
the particular properties,
When i make some entries in the controls and click on add this should,
insert a new row in the datatable and it should return the table in
order to bind the data grid,

After that if i do have one more record, it should set the property and
and insert a new row in the existing table and it should return,

Each time i create an object , it should correspond only to the
existing table which i have manipulated.

Each instance should have a common Datatable to manipulate it.

How do i go doing it

Regards

thomson
