RSS online aggregator

Hi,
I have noticed that a lot of blogs out there share very similar "look and
feel"
one of the most common "look and feel" is like this blog

http://scottonwriting.net/sowBlog/
or
http://www.ims.co.nz/blog/default.aspx

I would like to ask if there is a standard way (perhaps a standard xslt or
something) that will give a site the look and feel of the above blogs if
they are provided with a link to an rss news feed.

or is it simply the case that I must code everything to look like the above
blogs myself.
I have no problem consuming and rss feed I am just wondering how a number of
blogs from different sites seem to have the same look and feel.
If there are standard components / articles about explaining how to get this
"look and feel" then I would appreciate being pointed in the correct
direction.

cheers

martin.

Martin,

The reason I didn't include the link to what I use now ,is that I was not
sure where it is exactly and I don't like just sending you somewhere and
make you more confused.I had the same problem when I was looking for the
engine. think it's very strange myself, that there is no official statement
about the fact that no apparent "public" download link is available.
Very strange way to run a project.Anyway, I think the following link might
be at least be the Beta that
is available.

http://www.telligentsystems.com/Solu...e=cs-beta2.exe
