Unable to set permissions on VSWebCache folder error in Event Log.

Hi all,
For the past few weeks the following Error is getting logged in
Application log.

Unable to set permissions on directory 'C:\Documents and
Settings\username\VSWebCache' for account 'ASPNET'. Access is denied.

System Specs: Windows Server 2003, IIS6, VS.NET 2003

I thought I could solve this by simply giving ASPNET machine account and
NETWORK SERVICE account full control over VSWebCache folder, which did not
stop the error being recorded in event log.
But to my surprise, I am able to open web projects in VisualStudio.NET,
debug & run applications. But I don't know why this error is being logged
even when I don't have any web projects open for that past few days.
Am I missing something here?
Thanks in advance,
Sudhir.
