ControlEvents(ASP.Net)

I am developing a web application. I have one text box and another combo.
Both of them have server side codes to get eexecuted on text cahnge event and
selectedindex change respectively. When i enter some dat in the text box and
then clik on the combo the scren is getting blank. I am not even able to
acces other pages in the same application through menu in another frame. I
have two frame one displays the menu and other displays the pages depening on
the selection from the menu. But this is not happening when i press tab after
entering the data in the text box and then click on combo. What could be the
problem?
Thanks in advance.
