Create / Delete Printers in ASP.Net - WMI?

OK - My issue is that I am trying to build an app that will add and
delete printers. I know this can be thru WMI on Windows 2003 and XP
Operating systems. But Unfortantely I need this to work on Win2k
enviroments. Help?
